Introducing the new Maison d'Azur Restaurant at Hotel Astor on South Beach. Maison translates simply to mean "home" in French, and was conceived and designed as a beautiful Mediterranean residence in the South of France.

The stunning 'French Riviera' style interiors feature warm amber lighting, earthy colors, soft, rich fabrics and beautifully appointed furniture, with a panoramic view of our lushly landscaped central garden which anchors the space. The majestic, candle light garden features night blooming jasmine trees, towering bamboo reeds, flowing fountains, and a one of a kind stunning art nouveau mosaic which presides over diners and sets the tone for a splendid evening under the stars. A perfect compliment to intimacy of Hotel Astor.

With private cabanas, cozy communal seating, and outdoor banquettes, the garden is ideal for group gatherings or intimate dining a deux. Maison also features an airy upstairs bar and lounge which opens onto the Garden. And for the 'connoisseur du vin', a reserve private dining experience is available in our dazzling all glass wine cellar.

At Maison, food is truly a passion; some would even say an obsession... We are so proud and passionate about our ingredients that we created a "Market" in front of our open kitchen, displaying all of our fresh fish on ice and allowing guests to see and choose their fish before being cooked.

We use the absolute best possible ingredients, flown in daily from all around the world, for unparalleled freshness and variety. We go to great lengths to search out small, family-owned suppliers of extremely fine and rare ingredients and cultivate privileged relationships with them. Our recipes are pure, light and simple; we let the ingredients speak for themselves. Each single recipe offered to guests has been tested and retested countless times before it earns a spot on the menu; this ensures that each dish was developed to its full perfection.
